01) What is Young Presbyopia...?

 
People normally understand Presbyopia as a symtom that happens in age of 40's.
But recently, Presbyopia is increasing in 20's and 30's as well.

 

If these following symptoms are happening to you, we suggest you to suspect if you have presbyopia.
Firstly, feeling one's eyes very dimmed and tired due to spending most of times
looking something very closely and secondly having trouble with focusing eye sights with short and long distances.
 
The cause of this problem is our contemporaries life patterns.
Especially long time use of smart phones, using computers, and focusing closely in cars would be the major cause of presbyopia.

02) Prevention
  
 To prevent the symptom, rather than looking personal mobile phones closely,
have a break for 1~3 minutes while
looking long distance after you using it for 3~40 minutes.

Also, if you look into something very closely and focused, the number of blinking eyes decrease that affects your eye surface to be dried.
Therefore, it is essential to blink eyes consciously !!

You can just take a break by closing eyes if looking distance is not suitable for you.
Also we recommend for you to keep about 50~70cm distance
away from the screen while using computer.

Try to avoid staring at screen lights or phones at a dimmed places as it tire eyes out.
Always make sure the brightness of the room to secure your eye health.

[Carrot]
 
Carrot is one of the representative vegetable that brightens the eyes.

which can prevent presbyopia
